Michael Jones, a native of Inglewood, California, has more than 25 years in law enforcement and currently holds the rank of Sergeant. With a focus on leadership, Michael leverages his extensive expertise, training, and highly effective communication skills to provide guidance to both law enforcement and civilian personnel. His specialized assignments in Gang Task Force, Narcotics, Property Crimes, and Robbery Detective, coupled with specialized training in Analytic Interviewing, Crisis Intervention, and Leadership Development, make him an invaluable asset to our team. Michael also holds a B.A. in criminal justice, further enriching his capabilities.
Delaney Jones, a former Sergeant and Detective Supervisor with an impressive 31 years of experience at the Los Angeles Police Department, brings an exceptional level of knowledge and skills to our company. Having worked across nine patrol divisions and various specialized details, including Watch Commander, Vice, Narcotics, Robbery, Auto Theft, and Homicide Investigation, Delaney's expertise is unparalleled. As a Military Police Veteran and Swat Team Element Leader, Delaney possesses extensive experience in dignitary and personal protection and has been recognized as a four-time Top Gun. Additionally, Delaney's role as a former primary instructor for the Los Angeles Police Department, teaching at Supervisors and Watch Commanders School, Human Relations School, Conflict Management, and Procedural Justice, highlights his commitment to imparting knowledge. With educational accomplishments including a Law School Graduate degree (J.D.), an M.A. in Negotiation & Conflict Management, and a B.A. in Public Administration, Delaney's well-rounded background enhances our team's capabilities.
